Rich McGrath, MPT, Head Therapist
Rich received his Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1996. He has worked in outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Medicine clinics since. He did take time away in 2004 to become Director of Physical Therapy at a Fort Worth hospital but returned to the clinic in 2007. Since joining Southwest Orthopedic Associates, Rich has spent his time working with pre and post-op general orthopedic and sports medicine patients. Rich has attended many continuing education courses to enhance his skills in orthopedics. He enjoys all but especially likes working with the young athletes after serious injuries getting them back to the field or court. He has had the opportunity to work with some of the best orthopedic surgeons in the Fort Worth area.
Sharon Goldberg, PT
Sharon earned her P. T. Degree from Texas Woman's University un 1984. She has a diverse knowledge base and has worked in a wide range of settings throughout Fort Worth including Administrative roles at several local facilities.
Sharon joined the SWOA outpatient therapy team in 2014. She enjoys training and educating the clients to achieve their optimum level of functional capability and independence.
Danie Grissman, PTA
Danie received her Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Tarrant County College in 2002 where she worked in a rehab hospital and skilled nursing facilities until 2015. Since joining Southwest Orthopedic Associates, Danie has spent her time working with pre and post-op general orthopedic and sports medicine patients. She has attended many continuing education courses to enhance her skills. She enjoys treating all types of patients but especially likes working with the older adults after injury to assist them in regaining functional mobility. It gives her great pleasure to see her patients return to the activities they once enjoyed.
Sarah Holmes, PTA
Sarah received her Bachelor's in Athletic Training from Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS in 2009 and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Colby Community College in Colby KS in 2010. Sarah earned her Board Certification as a PTA in Sept. 2010.
Sarah's goal is to follow the plan of care established by the supervising PT to provide each patient with education, exercise and manual therapy to achieve his/her personal goal.
Sarah resides in North Richland Hills and enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.
